Neil Leavitt has been a lawyer in a solo practice for 28 years. He specializes in all family law matters including custody battles, divorce, and child support. He is a member of the Florida, New York and Washington State Bar Associations and practices in both state and federal courts. Neil has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Roosevelt University in Chicago, a Master of Arts in American History from Cal State, Los Angeles and a Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School in Chicago. 

Neil mostly represents men and has been fighting for men's rights for many years. He believes the current system is very unfair to men (and some women) and thinks that seeing your kids every other weekend and paying $1,000 a month to have that privilege is ridiculous. He has been through the arduous process of a divorce himself and knows just how trying it can be.

Neil will give a free initial consultation where he will tell clients what he can and cannot do for them and will quote fees. He charges on a sliding scale rarely going over $175 an hour.
